Cards and more ....

Just thought I would sneak a last post in for April and share some cards I made together with my last tutorial for my2angels.
The cards were for MY very special little man 'Happy Birthday Baby' and another very special little man who had a birthday last week!! x

How cool is that chipboard skull?!?! and I'm just lovin Glimmer Mist at the mo!!! See how one piece of chipboard could make numerous cards when using it as a mask!

I don't know about you but gift cards are becoming my gift of choice as my boys and their friends get older!

The black ribbon I have used is a my2angels own brand. Tracy has 3 different boy ribbons with different words which are great for all those boy cards and layouts. I have a layout to share soon using the Chill Out ribbon. Check them out HERE HERE HERE!

Bowling and a tutorial!

Just a quick post with a LO and tutorial I just finished for my2angels. I had great fun doodling the graffiti all over this gorgeous Rose Moka paper with my trusty white gel pen and some ink for the splats!! 

The green embellies are handmade and really easy to make, if you want to know how, check it out HERE!

my treasure ...

Time for a my2angles reveal and for this LO I decided to give some new Glimmer Mist a try! I've been wanting the Raven GM for ages and finally got around to ordering it from Tracy. I love dark colours on my scrapping and this stuff is fantastic! When I sprayed it all over a piece of Core-dinations white cardstock it came out grey but the blobs are purple and look great. I've used a black and white photo on some black patterned paper and die cut cardstock and then added a gorgeous my2angels black rhinestone swirl.

The butterflies are hand cut from a new Prima Flights of Fancy paper  (due in stock at m2a next week). The title is AC Thickers, PP holly doodle and Adorn it mini black letters. The green flower is also available in the shop and I also used one of my fav products,  Crackle Accents, on the butterfly bodies and my journalled hearts. And after sitting and thinking about it for a while I hand journalled in white gel pen around the die cut and I'm really happy that I didn't stuff it up! (My biggest fear when I decide to hand write directly onto my LO!!)

Joker ...

At last something to share! I have been suffering with a severe lack of mojo recently and then ... boom yesterday I had a mad rush and managed to do some well overdue scrapping!  I had some My2Angels projects to finish but also managed to finish this one which started off as wanting to try doodling around the edge of a page and just went from there! I only have a couple of slick writers so hence the black and red theme LOL!!!! He is such a joker this boy, he is always tricking or clowning around! he is SO much fun (except when he's not of course!!) LOL!!

I also have some cards I managed to make yesterday, got a few birthdays coming up and a few thank you's to go out from Easter.

Sisters ...

Well I am back in the world of blogging!! I took a couple of (semi) weeks break to spend time with my sister who was visiting us from the UK, I don't get to see her as often as I would like but we had the best time and as always it was sad to see her go, I am going to miss her heaps! Love you sis and see you soon!
And this leads me to my LO .... the photo is of me and my buddy and fellow design team member Corrina who I have to say is, as the title says, more like a sister to me than just a girlfriend, love you too 'sis'!! x x
