You are the BEST!!! It was my birthday on the weekend and I was totally spoilt!!! Lots of plotting went on and to say I was blown away with all the surprises was an understatement!! 

I had a FANTASTIC weekend ... thank you ALL sooooo much!!

My2Angels Blog Hop!!

Ok, who would like to have some fun AND win some fantastic prizes from my2angels??

Silly question really isn't it  of course you would! 

so to carry on with our month long birthday celebrations  .... 

.... we are excited to present the first ever my2angels Blog Hop, a chance for all of it's talented DT's and Guest DT's to show off their creations, and for you to view their blogs!

Our theme is birthday cards and here are a couple I put together using a punching and layering technique which I have seen being used a few times recently and I just love the look! (my apologies for the poor photos ... they were taken at night in artificial light which = bad light!!)

 I've layered lots and the punch I have used is by Martha Stewart!

And just because I was enjoying all that punching I made another one!!

This time I used:

my2angles Owl Charm: Pearls: Ribbon: Carolee Creations tiny letters (in blue)

This was really easy to make with the layering surprisingly quick to do!

my2angels Relay Challenge .... Pinwheels!

Well today is my day for the relay ... thanks to Katrina & Kath for their fabulous entries for Team 3 on Monday and Tuesday!!! and good luck to Vicki and Samantha for the next two days!!

A brief explanation .... my2angels is having a scrap relay (previous post) and all the entrants have been split into 3 teams and we've each been allocated a day on which to complete a layout using certain criteria on the layout! Monday was presents, Tuesday was cupcakes and Wednesday (me) was 'Pinwheels' and this is what I came up with ....

My baby's 11th Birthday 

The idea was to make the pinwheels appear as if they were being blown away ... hope it worked!?!?

I've used October Afternoon Papers, Fly a Kite 'Fireflies', 'Front Porch', cardstock, 

my2angels rhinestone circle, double star charm, red plaid brads,

Jenni Bowlin  circle letter, Thickers Daiquiri alphas 

& the cutest B&B cupcake! (which has unfortunately sold out now!!)

Hey T question?.... do I get extra points for adding a previous criteria to my layout?!?!?! lol!!

Happy Birthday My2Angels!!!

This month is birthday month at My2Angels and there is a massive store sale on until 21st August with 10-50% off everything!! (excludes class packs though) check it out HERE! Just love the Scrapware mini fences .... here I have fixed a My2Angels tag on it using brads.

... and the monster to fit in with my title!!

The 1st 'e' in cheers has been embossed using the Tim Holtz Embossing Puffs as I ran out of black letters!!
